The Family Behind The Hitched Kitchen
We're a husband-and-wife team based right here in Western New York, and The Hitched Kitchen is our answer to a simple question: why should a renovation, an event, or a disaster mean months without a working kitchen?
How It Started
In April 2024, we came across Kitchen Cube on Instagram — a fully equipped mobile kitchen trailer being used across the UK to keep families cooking through home renovations. We couldn't believe nothing like it existed here at home. Anyone dealing with a gutted kitchen, a house full of wedding guests, or a home damaged by fire or flood was stuck with the same options: takeout, a hot plate on the counter, or waiting it out.
So we decided to bring the concept to the United States ourselves — and became the first to do it. We built The Hitched Kitchen from the ground up: a fully equipped, climate-controlled kitchen trailer that delivers right to a driveway, so life keeps cooking no matter what's happening to the house behind it.
Today we're proud to serve families and businesses across Western New York — handling everything ourselves, from the first phone call to delivery, setup, and the guided tour that gets you cooking the same day.
