Do you provide the kitchen for weddings and catered events?
Yes. We deliver a fully equipped mobile kitchen trailer to your venue or property, giving caterers, event staff, and hosts a complete cooking and prep space alongside your existing setup.
How far in advance should we book for an event?
We recommend booking as soon as your date is confirmed, especially during peak wedding season (May through October) in Western New York, since availability is limited.
Can the trailer run without existing kitchen hookups at the venue?
In most cases, yes. We do a free site assessment beforehand to confirm power and water access, or plan for supplemental hookups if the venue doesn't have them on-site.
What's included with an event rental?
Delivery, setup, and a guided tour are included, along with a residential-grade range, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and generous prep and storage space.
